Based in Vancouver BC, Canada, FAD Fashion| Art | Design is all about vivid colours and unconventional fractal patterns created through highly specialized computer programs. Aptly named, FAD’s driving philosophy is the marriage between fashion, art, and design; the idea that you can take art off your wall and wear it, letting it accompany you wherever you may go, allowing it to become an essential part of your life. Behind FAD’s psychedelic art is Turkish designer Ali Oner, a world-renowned fractal artist who has been in the industry for over 20 years. His work has been shown in exhibits all over the world including the Biennales in Florence and Milan. Beyond creating the art itself, he is involved in every aspect of the process, from transferring the art from the screen to the printed fabric. The founder of FAD Fashion Art Design Zeynep has always been an enthusiast of art and has decided to turn her lifetime passion for art design to a business when she met the artist behind the unique designs of FAD Fashion I Art I Design. When crossed paths with the world renowned fractal artist, Ali Oner, who creates the lively yet timeless designs for the brand, Zeynep was more than determined to pursue her passion and interest to try introduce these elegant garments to greater audience, who'd enjoy to have the art touch upon their lives with specially designed and manufactured everyday items.
