Fahselt Overhead Door Service specializes in the sales, installation, maintenance and repair of residential, commercial and agricultural overhead door systems. I’ve always appreciated the service from small companies. I find that often times the bigger the company, the more out of touch with their clients' needs they can become. My goal was to use my industry experience in the overhead door business that began in 1996 and the Management degree I achieved in 2003 to build an overhead door company that provided exemplary customer service, was flexible and accommodating to our customers schedule and maintained that personal touch that many larger companies aren’t able to provide. Fahselt Overhead Door Inc. was incorporated in 2008 and has been growing steadily ever since. I attribute our growth to the pride we take in the work we do and serving our customers as best we can. I train my employees to be very thorough and to pay attention to the small details. To treat each and every one of our customers like they would a friend or a family member. We strive to accommodate our customers timelines and the superior level of service that we provide is what helps us stand out from the competitors in our market. And I think it shows because the majority of our customers come from referrals and our customers come back to us time and time again when they need our services.
