Failure is fiction LLC was founded by Sean D M Meyers. After years in the credit business through various business affiliations, I decided to start this organization to be directly in control of my clients credit restoration progress. Background story is that years back I had perfect credit, but all of my accounts were maxed out. I had a hiccup in employment income that created a snowball effect of late payments which turned into charge offs and court lawsuits. Through desperation I challenged myself to find out the hidden truths about credit and the FCRA (fair credit reporting act). I realized that A, the bureaus are 3 private entities with no affiliation with the federal government. B, private companies are partnered with the credit bureaus as “credit reporting agencies.” Meaning, they pay monthly for the bureaus to publish information to your credit report. That means that the bureaus can remove whatever negative item on your report that they want, complete eye opener. Lastly, the federal government created the FCRA( fair credit reporting act) to protect us “consumers” from predatory lending practices, predatory collection practices and the list goes on and on.
