At Fair Seas Ahead, we believe that clarity, preparedness, and experience make all the difference when navigating complex operational waters. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) proudly based in the Texas Hill Country, our foundation is built on over a decade of U.S. Navy service and strengthened by extensive medical and disaster relief volunteer experience. These roots shape our mission to help others in need and define the way we lead. WHO WE ARE Experienced administrative and operations leader with a proven ability to listen, problem-solve, and deliver realistic, actionable solutions. We support small businesses, local government agencies, community organizations, and non-profits by streamlining administrative functions, strengthening existing programs, and ensuring mission success. Raised in a first responder household, I gained an early appreciation for service and community resilience. After leaving active duty in late 2018, I pursued my passion for emergency response by becoming an EMT, taking classes in homeland security and emergency management, all while contributing both professionally and as a volunteer with organizations supporting urban search and rescue, disaster response, and community preparedness.
