About Fairsing Vineyard
Experience the beauty and bounty of Fairsing Vineyard. Fairsing nurtures and crafts beautifully-textured Pinot noir and Chardonnay in Oregon's acclaimed Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Nestled within a 100-acre certified sustainable forest, Fairsing draws upon the enduring farming and merchant traditions of Irish ancestors. Estate wines, culinary selections, and inspired hospitality pair with panoramic views extending from the Cascades to the Coastal Mountain Ranges. Guests and Wine Club members enjoy spacious patios, cozy fireplaces, an expansive lawn, and a meditative labyrinth just a few steps from the tasting room. Fairsing recommends reservations for tasting experiences with same-day requests accepted as space allows. Established in 2005, Fairsing is distinguished by its ancient sedimentary soils, varied topography and biodiversity. Fairsing sustainably-farms 38 acres of Pinot noir and five acres of Chardonnay guided by meticulous viticulture practices. With a footprint spanning nearly 200 acres, just 22 percent of Fairsing is planted to vines: the remainder is home to forested acres, an oak savannah, a family orchard, large swaths of green space, wildlife corridors, native grasses, gardens, and wildflower meadow, and an apiary. Fairsing Vineyard is a certified member of the Low Input Viticulture and Enology (LIVE) and Salmon Safe programs, the American Tree Farm System, and founding member of the Willamette Valley Oak Accord. In 2022 Fairsing Vineyard earned certification from the Pollinator Partnership for Bee Friendly Farming (BFF). Fairsing Vineyard holds memberships in the Oregon Wine Association, Willamette Valley Wineries Association, and the Yamhill-Carlton AVA (American Viticulture Area). Fairsing, an Irish word that translates to bountiful, reflects an enduring commitment to environmental stewardship, heritage, and celebrating the joys of life.
