About Fairwood Fabrications
The Fairwood Group has developed into a quality provider of Fabrication, Engineering and Pipework services. Established in 1979, our drive for continuous improvement coupled with significant re-investment over the last 35 years has meant that we can deliver a competitive, high quality and efficient service to our varied customer base. We have a dedicated and experienced management team supported by a highly skilled workforce who we believe will instill the confidence in our customers that Fairwood Holdings intends to secure its future for at least the next 35 years and beyond. All of our manufacturing is controlled to a certified Factory Production Control (FPC) system to EXC3 in accordance with EN 1090-1 and to a certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), with all of our welding conducted to ISO 3834 Part 2 which is independently certified through the TWI (The Weld Institute) which ensures that all of our welding activities are fully controlled with full traceability on all welds, welders and weld inspection activities. At Fairwood Fabrications we specialise in welding with MAG, FCAW, TIG and MMA processes and we have a dedicated weld inspection team all qualified to CSWIP 3.0 minimum and PCN level 2 minimum. Fairwood Pipework, a division of Fairwood Fabrications, is specifically dedicated to pipework. We work to, and comply with, the stringent requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), BS EN ISO 13480 and ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessels Code (BPVC) and dependent on customer requirements with full 3rd party verification. Fairwood Precision Engineering offers a Design and Manufacture service for high precision machined components. We have the capability to design and manufacture complete projects and since our formation we are proud to have become approved supplies to major Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Petrochemical and Steelmaking companies with the emphasis being on special purpose tooling, machined parts, jigs and fixture.
