About Faith Healthcare
Faith Health Care, Inc. (FHC) was founded as a non-profit organization in 2015 in response to the desperate and immediate health care needs of underserved individuals in rural Kentucky communities. In 2019, after a year of planning, developing proper infrastructure, and constructing a new state-of-the-art health center, FHC opened its doors to serve the low-income and underserved individuals and families as a Federally Qualified Look-Alike Health Center. FHC now continues to care for all patients, regardless of their ability to pay.
