About Fall Engineering Career Fair at the University of Michigan
The Fall Engineering Career Fair is currently the largest career fair at the University of Michigan, but our origins are humble. We started in 1986 as a collaboration between Tau Beta Pi (TBP), the National Engineering Honor Society, and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). We had only 19 companies attend that first year. Since then, we have grown to become one of the largest student-run engineering career fairs in the nation with nearly 350 companies in attendance. We are the premier Career Fair held in the fall at the University of Michigan College of Engineering and are proud to continue our 36-year tradition by connecting talented U-M engineering students with top employers from around the world.
