About Families United for Children's Mental Health
Families United for Children's Mental Health, a chapter of the National Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health, is a statewide non-profit family driven organization. We believe families, children, youth with have or are at risk of having mental health, emotional and behavioral challenges can thrive at home, school, and in the community with appropriate, timely and effective resources in an supportive environment. MISSION Our mission is to help families achieve better outcomes for themselves, their children, and the youth who are experiencing these challenges through support, training, empowerment, enrichment, and referral to programs. We strive to improve the quality of life for children by building strong family networks and partnering with other child serving agencies, community health providers, schools, caregiver, and youth advocacy groups.
