About Families Work

Families Work was set up with the aim of finding specific ways to support families to successfully balance family and work life. Our aim is to alleviate the stress that is often involved in dealing with the practical and emotional issues of raising a family and managing a successful career. Our Corporate Service helps employers of all sizes to support working parents through implementing work and family strategies and employee solutions. Our holistic and tailored approach to supporting families addresses areas such as: - Consultancy with the aim of finding effective ways to engage and retain the best talent. - Childcare service to ensure parents are able to make the right choices and to find the right solution for their family quickly and effectively. - Maternity coaching, supporting women pre and post maternity leave, ensuring a smooth transition back into the work place. - Parent workshops that address practical and emotional issues, providing parents with clear action plans and steps to address areas of concern.
