About Family Facilities LP®

Family Facilities LP ® caters to the unique needs of family offices, and HNWIs by providing concierge services and secure mixed-use office and warehouse space. Base models are 50’ deep x 25’ wide, front and rear entry, 20’ ceilings, bathroom, shower and 14’x14’ garage door openings. We offer four turn key interior build out options that increase square footage from base model 1,250 to 1,625 with the addition of a mezzanine. Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services are designed into each space to allow for future expansion. Units are available for purchase or lease. Clients who purchase or lease their unit will become Members and will be expected to adhere to Member and tenant covenants. General Contractor and Architect services are available for custom interior build outs. Concierge services for tenants and members are provided on an as-needed basis. Hourly rates vary depending on the service. Family Offices and HNWIs are encouraged to consult with experts to fully utilize potential tax advantages associated with leasehold improvements, depreciation, 1034 exchanges, and deductions related to interest expense that could potentially shelter or defer taxes on cash distributions.
