Our mediators have diverse experience in family law and dispute resolution and are committed to helping you through this challenging time. The FMG process enables the parties to actively participate in crafting creative strategies and solutions to resolve their conflicts, neither of which are characteristic of litigated divorces. With our mediators’ guidance, couples control the process and make their own decisions rather than entrusting a court to dictate the course of their family's future. Also, unlike the litigation process, our meetings can be scheduled in person or by Zoom to accommodate family obligations like work and school. It’s private and confidential and much less costly than litigation. Most importantly, mediation preserves relationships that are often destroyed in the litigation process.
