About Family Nurse Partnership National Unit
The Family Nurse Partnership is a maternal and early years public health programme. It provides on-going, intensive support to young, first-time mothers and their babies through a series of structured home visits delivered by highly-trained nurses. The home visits start in early pregnancy and continue until the child’s second birthday.
