Farm65 - Culinary Hub, vuole offrire uno spazio di cucina ampio e accogliente, sempre innovativo, ricco di esperienze, fondato sull’idea di collaborazioni e sinergie tra tanti e diversi chef, produttori, comunicatori e consumatori, persone del settore e non, interessate a questo mondo. Ci trovate sulla frazione più bella, secondo noi, del Naviglio Pavese: a Milano ma con un piede nella campagna che si estende subito dopo di noi; siamo all’interno di un edificio bellissimo, all’interno di una ex cartiera degli inizi del 900 affacciata sulla conca fallata. Il nostro edificio era a quei tempi proprio la mensa della cartiera ed ora è a nostro avviso il luogo di cucina più bello di Milano. Dal 2020 siamo soci fondatori del comitato Na.pa che raggruppa altre meravigliose realtà affacciate come noi su questo stralcio di Naviglio Pavese. L’obiettivo è di farlo conoscere a sempre più Milanesi come naviglio “slow” per chi vuole regalarsi esperienze ed emozioni legate al territorio, ai suoi protagonisti, alla qualità della vita, ai buoni prodotti.
