About Farm Road Estate/ Sawmill Bar & Table

For years, the Levesque family (Mike Sr, Penny, Michael Jr, and Kelly) would make the drive up from New York to Mount Snow and other Vermont destinations — skiing in the winter and exploring the trails and lakes in the summer. They always dreamed of owning a second home in this natural destination, and a few years ago, that dream became a reality when Michael Levesque Jr. and his wife Yulia purchased The Manor & Villa on Farm Road in West Dover. While the two homes were taking shape, the former Inn and cottages at Sawmill Farm sat vacant. One day the entire Levesque family - including the parents, siblings, cousins, and two friends - purchased the Inn and cottages and unified the now 32-acre property under a single banner: FARM ROAD ESTATE. We have just completed the historic Inn renovations to be the type of place we want our family, and yours, to keep visiting year after year. We look forward to hosting you!
