About Farmers & Fishermen Purveyors
Farmers & Fishermen Purveyors was launched on July 1, 2019 with the intention of supplying the finest meat, seafood and artisanal products from small businesses to restaurateurs and chefs with exceptional service. On March 16, 2020 we pivoted our business model and immediately began servicing homes throughout Greater Atlanta in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Through the great work of our Employee Partners, we were voted in the Atlanta Jewish Times' 2021 People's Choice Awards as the second Best Home Delivery Service and awarded the Most Valuable Provider (MVP) award by Partnership Gwinnett which "recognizes providers who are the communities go-to for the manufacturing and supply chain industries." We achieved this massive fleet without furloughing any of our employees or cutting anyone's hours, pay, or benefits. In fact, we are grateful that we have been able to hire additional Employee Partners while investing in additional infrastructure to support our growing operations. We are excited and appreciative of the opportunity to continue to "chase perfection" in the sourcing, fabrication, and delivery processes in both the Food Service & Home Delivery facets of our business as we further recruit, train and empower top notch talent. Farmers & Fishermen is a consecutive Top & Best Workplace according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution and Atlanta Business Chronicle and is proud to have been ranked in the Top 10 and awarded the 'Appreciation Award' in AJC's Small Business Category.
