In an hour or less, members will complete a workout, The Grind (TM), that is functional, creative, and challenging in an energetic, upbeat atmosphere. The Grinds are coach-led, and different every single day! They are pre-programmed with 4 levels to ensure you always have a challenging, but achievable option. You will leave feeling proud and accomplished, and maybe even pleasantly surprised! You ARE strong. You ARE capable. You CAN do it! The group dynamic fosters a community that is supportive and encouraging. One that understands we are each on an individual journey, BUT we are not on it alone.
