About FarmViewVentures

We are a new privately-held real estate investment company founded on institutional footings by John P. Wolf. FarmViewVentures has aggregated over $226MM in equity capital and closed on $397MM of acquisitions across eight (8) assets and ~1.7MM SF since May 2023. The assets include 4 grocery-anchored shopping centers, 1 Trophy office, 1 mixed-used Class A office and a 2 non-performing commercial office loans (loan to own). After 19 years (most recently as managing principal) at Westbrook Partners, a fully-integrated global real estate firm that invested over $14bn in equity across $50BN in assets, I have launched FarmViewVentures LLC, a private investment firm. I will be partnering with private equity investors, family offices and others. Utilizing my network of relationships with LP's, funds, lenders and other real estate industry professionals, I am seeking opportunities across all real estate asset classes. At the outset, we are focused on co-GP opportunities where FarmView will recapitalize existing partnerships or form new GP partnerships and bring in the LP and debt capital to acquire cash flowing opportunities. We will also target distressed debt and certain assets with distressed capital stacks. We will explore institutional assets ($25MM to $2BN) that can be acquired through situational distress – including situations where open-end funds are feeling pressure from investors for redemptions, or where over-leveraged assets are facing loan maturities without a suitable exit. FarmView will seek opportunities where particular sectors or markets are either over-sold or extremely volatile. Our strategy will be to enter sectors where other investors might have pulled back for other reasons, and where legacy issues might discourage investment where there could be significant upside.
