Farrington's Residential and Nursing homes offer safe and comfortable homes for the elderly, with friendly, professional, helpful and qualified staff. Farrington Care Homes Ltd have many years experience in caring for the older person, and our aim is to provide a safe and comfortable home in a warm and friendly atmosphere for those no longer able to care for themselves. Our professional care team, are dedicated to maintaining excellent care standards, directed by our highly qualified head of care at each home. We cater for convalescent, post operative, medical and terminally ill elderly clients, with a strong emphasis on individual needs, supported by a full GP service, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, chiropodist, optician, and hairdresser. Social activities are organised on a daily basis such as keep fit, bingo, movement to music and craft should any resident wish to participate. Visitors are welcome at any time and transport is available if required. Our attractive rooms are all fitted with television and telephone points, and many have en-suite facilities. A full nurse call paging system is offered to provide extra peace of mind. We recognise that continuity is important and so encourage residents to bring personal effects with them. Particular attention is paid to the quality and variety of our menu, as we are aware of the importance of a well balanced diet in contributing to the quality of a resident’s life. We also cater for individual likes, dislikes and special diets. Visitors of residents may be invited to lunch at no extra charge.
