Outside: We provide bespoke coaching to help you achieve greater understanding, stability, performance and progress for long term sustainability, vitality, and well-being. What Sets Us Apart: We use a blend of coaching, counselling, mindfulness, meditation, hypnotherapy, timeless wisdom, nature, creativity, inner understanding - and our personal deeper-life experiences. *We also offer psychedelic-centred approaches for those who wish to go deeper. We also help struggling individuals, couples, families. - Peak Performers and those who are needing to continually be in form at elite/peak levels. - Restless/seeking hearts who are struggling, suffering, striving, grieving mourning or sense making. - For the deeper Farsiders, and their family (members) post-therapy, 'in-tension' or recovery/rehabilitation from emotional trauma, addiction, abuse.
