18 | 89 Fast Fine Pizza is the name of the restaurant that is now starting the oven to serve quality pizza in three minutes in an elevated atmosphere where street meets elegance. 18 | 89 are pioneers in the brand new restaurant segment Fast Fine, which means a contrast between simple but high-quality food, a low price tag, fast delivery time and not least a luxurious environment. In the restaurant, gold and marble benches meet night black walls and graffiti art by PichiAvo, a globally recognized graffiti duo from Spain. The pizzas are served in just three minutes from order and baked in a specially designed oven from Italy. In addition to the classics, pizzas are served such as Royal Marrakesh with mozzarella, lamb, chèvre, raisins, cumin and lemon and Truffle Brie with mozzarella, black truffle brie, amarena cherries, sherry vinaigrette and grated black truffle. Behind the concept 18 | 89 are Benjamin Westling and Christian Lagerlöf, both with unique experiences in the restaurant and hotel industry. Benjamin Westling is the owner of Livit Design, which is a world leader in concept development in the hotel and restaurant industry, and Christian Lagerlöf took the Vapiano restaurant chain to Sweden. The name 18 | 89 alludes to an important year in the history of pizza. That was when Queen Margherita visited Naples and was treated to a pizza in the colors of the Italian flag with tomato, basil and mozzarella, which was also named after her - the classic Pizza Margherita.
