FAST.LOC SpA, founded in 1965, is a company specialized in the production and sale of mechanical fastening devices and turned parts for the most different applications in different field. The production unit located in Pianezza (TO), where turned parts on customer drawings are mainly manufactured, 1/4 turn fasteners and tension latches, is equipped with a pool of different machines consisting in 25 CNC lathes, 12 automatic lathes, 1 vertical machining center , 5 sheet metal presses (from 20 to 130 tons), thread rolling machines, a Smart Machinery rolling machine and various other equipments such as drills, tapping and milling machines. To guarantee a product that complies with the quality expectations of its customers, advanced checking equipments are available; where required 100% check of the parts manufactured is available. The production of the locks, handles and hinges lines takes place at the Chinese plant FAST.LOC HARDWARE & LOCKS MANUFACTURER LTD. fully belonging to FAST.LOC S.p.A.; the development and design of these products is, however, reserved exclusively to the Italian parent company, which forward all the drawings and technical specifications necessary for the manufacturing of the product to its Chinese factory. The quality system of FAST.LOC SpA is certified according to ISO9001 by the DNV-GL.
