Fatto is a small-batch herbal ice cream project based in Sarasota, Florida, blending simple ingredients into complex, unforgettable flavors. Born from a love of both ice cream and herbs, Fatto explores the intersection of comfort and plant-based creativity. Our ice creams are crafted by hand in small batches, using beneficial herbs, local produce, and thoughtfully chosen ingredients. Many of our flavors are dairy-free, using oat milk and vegan cream alternatives that allow herbs and fruits to shine without compromise. We believe in letting nature speak for itself. That means no long ingredient lists, no artificial flavors—just real plants, seasonal inspiration, and a touch of culinary experimentation. Whether it's reishi and cold brew, moringa mint chip, or a floral swirl of lemongrass and hibiscus, every batch starts with a simple idea and ends with a flavor that feels both familiar and surprising. Fatto began as a husband-and-wife collaboration—one a software engineer, the other a clinical herbalist. What started as weekend experiments has become a shared creative outlet: a way to connect, to learn, and to share something joyful with our community. It’s our way of blending modern technique with traditional herbal wisdom—and adding a little delight to your day, one scoop at a time. Our flavors change with the seasons and the farmers’ markets. We offer both dairy and non-dairy options, always rooted in whole ingredients and crafted with care. You can find us at pop-ups, special events, and the occasional herbalist gathering around southwest Florida. Fatto means “made” in Italian.
