La tenuta toscana è una tipica azienda a conduzione familiare, immersa nell’incantevole susseguirsi di dolci colline ricche di oliveti e vigneti, per una superficie di circa 120 ettari. Tra le aziende di una certa dimensione presenti nella zona di produzione del Chianti Rufina, la Fattoria Lavacchio è stata la prima ad aderire ai programmi di produzione biologica e biodinamica; adesione convinta, scaturita dalla filosofia che l'azienda ha sempre perseguito: armonizzare la propria attività con gli equilibri posti dalla natura. --- 🇬🇧 Fattoria Lavacchio is situated on top of the hill of Florence at an altitude of 450 metres. The Tuscan vineyard is a typical family-run farm, immersed in the enchanting succession of rolling hills rich in olive groves and vineyards, covering an area of about 120 hectares. Among the farms of a certain size present in the Chianti Rufina production area, Fattoria Lavacchio was the first to adhere to the organic and biodynamic production programs; a convinced adhesion, arising from the philosophy that the farm has always pursued: to harmonise its activities with the balances set by nature.
