The new company has been born out of 3 decades spent collaborating closely with Ireland’s Dairy and Food industries to dynamically develop and deliver tailored laboratory support solutions in response to their evolving challenges. To best leverage all that expertise, Dufay has launched FayLab to focus exclusively on the laboratory support needs of its Dairy and Food industry customers.
