FCAS (Financial Claims Advisory Service) is a specialist claims management company founded on the belief that we can help customers reclaim what is rightfully theirs. We pride ourselves on using our expertise to help customers who have been mis-sold PPI policies and at FCAS we offer a "No Win, No Fee" service.* We aim to make the claims process as straightforward as possible, and with the exception of the information that requires your signature, we will even complete the majority of the paperwork for you. ◦ At FCAS we have a wealth of experience in the processing of PPI complaints. If you are entitled to claim we will pursue the lender to ensure the best possible outcome for you. ◦ FCAS has a team of dedicated PPI specialists who will deal with your complaint; you will always have a point of contact. ◦ FCAS has the expertise to thoroughly check any offer made to make sure that you receive a fair settlement. Our experience shows that not all offers are correct; some lenders will try to refund customers the minimum amount possible. ◦ FCAS rigorously checks any complaints that are rejected by lenders and in many cases we are able to find cause to challenge the decision. ◦ FCAS is aware of the options available to you and will, where necessary, employ the assistance of the Financial Ombudsman Service to independently review your complaint to ensure it has been dealt with fairly. * Fee may be payable if case is not pursued at client's request.
