ABOUT US FCNQ-Ilagiisaq (Fédération des cooperatives du Nouveau-Québec) was founded in 1967 as a cooperative to support Inuit communities in Northern Québec. Our main mission is to promote the economic and social development of the 14 communities in Nunavik by supporting various services such as retail, hotels, energy and financial services, while preserving and fostering Inuit culture and values.
