FDB Associates offer services to enable fast career change. The services are paid for by SMEs as part of a redundancy package or purchased by individuals when they want to change jobs. Companies and individuals purchase a mix of group and individual training sessions, delivered through affordable, live webinars or face-to-face meetings. Using the latest webinar technology, we ensure that each session is truly interactive, enabling our clients to practice interview questions or network in small virtual groups as well as ask questions and get tailored responses. The webinars are easily booked online; the most popular ones are CV and cover letter writing, using LinkedIn in a job search, Networking and Interviewing – often purchased together as a package. We also offer a more individual support with our Set Programme, which includes one-to-one meetings as well as access to all webinars and to a LinkedIn private group, where clients can share ideas, ask questions and benefit from peer-to-peer support. Over the years, FdB has successfully helped hundreds of professionals at all levels of seniority and from a variety of industries find a role that best suits their experience and aspirations. France Du Buisson is an accredited career consultant and the founder of FDB Associates. She has previously worked as a senior marketing professional for American Express, MasterCard, RSA, Eurostar and the charity Pennies. Most recently, she worked as an Associate Career coach at LHH in London. When required, she calls on fellow accredited career consultants with whom she has worked before.
