About Federal Procurement Data Reports
Working with the Federal Government creates challenges in knowing the “who, what and where” to hunt for opportunities for contracts. Gregory James has spent a career helping businesses, small and diverse firms and individuals navigate connecting with government entities. With literally billions of dollars contracted each year by the federal government, navigating the process can be overwhelming. In his newest venture, James has developed Federal Procurement Data Reports (FPDR) that provide many of the answers we all seek to going after federal contracts. Using top-level software to scrape data, FPDR validates source data and delivers informative reports providing NAICS/PSC code information, top awarding government agencies, and information on who buys what and which key agencies to do business with. Customer insights provide opportunities for continuous reporting improvement. James has been working in this arena most of his career. His most recent position was as the Director and Principal Investigator for Cross Timbes Apex Accelerators at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). Cross Timbers operates the Department of Defense Office of Small business funded Apex Accelerators (PTAC) program. Its mission is to help businesses do business with government entities. In the last 10 years under James’ tutelage, Cross Timbers served over 18,233 businesses, facilitated 61,039 awarded contracts valued at $2,397,387,370.00. James has expertise in DoD Cybersecurity/CMMC compliance, contract management, government contracting procedures, federal acquisition regulations, market research, finance, customer service and project management. He maintains memberships in key organizations such as: • National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) • The American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) • NTSBDC Advisory Board • City of Dallas Diversity Task Force Not sure where to start?
