Federation Construction was founded in 2013 with the goal of building an industry leading construction company. To meet this objective, the company took a managed approach that focuses on building our internal capabilities while progressively taking on larger and more technically complex projects. Rather than aggressively pursuing growth, Federation has remained rooted in our belief that we must remain diligent in meeting our current clients expectations and building capacity with a measured approach. In 2018, Federation added in-house design and engineering capabilities to provide our clients with a true design-build solution under the brand Federation Engineering. The newly minted Federation Group is now well positioned for further incremental expansion with our current and new clients.
