About Fédération Wallonne de l'Agriculture - FWA
The Walloon Federation of Agriculture is a farmers' union whose purpose is the management of farmers in Wallonia, to defend their rights and to represent their interests. The FWA offers its members a powerful team of advisors who analyze the political context in which the farming industry operates. Based on this analysis, it is then nominated by the farmers who decide basic options to consider and to conduct lobbying activities. In addition to its lobbying role, the FWA also provides agricultural representation in all decision-making circles federal regional and European offers a comprehensive personal service to its members. La Fédération Wallonne de l'Agriculture est une organisation agricole dont la mission est de défendre les droits et de représenter les intérêts des agriculteurs en Wallonie. La FWA dispose, au service de ses membres , d'une solide équipe de conseillers qui analysent le contexte politique dans lequel le secteur agricole fonctionne. Se basant sur cette analyse, ce sont les agriculteurs élus par leurs pairs qui décident de la ligne à défendre et des actions à mener. En plus de son rôle de lobbying, la FWA exerce aussi un rôle de représentation du secteur auprès de tous les niveaux de pouvoir (régional, fédéral, européen) et offre un service individuel à ses membres.
