I’m McKenzie Caldwell, registered dietitian nutritionist. I help folks heal from perfectionism around food and their bodies so they can live fully nourished through fertility, pregnancy and beyond. I’m a strong believer that your body is wise, and that tuning into your innate wisdom is powerful.
