At Fellshore, we help purpose-led organisations turn strategy into measurable impact. Founded by Colin Bell and Jen Robson, we bring together over 40 years of experience in business growth, policy, strategy, communications, and engagement. We created Fellshore because too often we saw strategies that looked impressive on paper but failed to translate into practice, or communications campaigns that weren’t connected to wider goals. We knew there was a better way, one where strategy, communications, and delivery work together to drive lasting change.
