About Female Lawyers' Club

We are an online community of female lawyers. We aim to help female lawyers feel empowered and confident to forge a successful legal career on their own terms whilst getting paid their true worth. Within our online membership, we hold regular meetups and events where we share our knowledge and experiences and set our goals so we’re on track to succeed. We also invite expert speakers to deliver masterclasses on how to succeed professionally, emotionally and financially. We support our members by giving them a safe space to share their challenges and discuss how to overcome them. Female Lawyers’ Club was founded in 2023 by Rachel Spink, an employment lawyer with over 20 years’ experience of working in the legal profession. Rachel became fed up with the lack of women in leadership roles in law firms and wanted to help female lawyers feel less isolated and more supported, particularly around times when mentorship and support is important, such as having a baby and going through the menopause. We aim to help dismantle the historic gender pay and promotion gap that exists in the legal profession. This is more than just a membership; it’s a movement. And we’d love you to join us!
