About Female Shakers

[ENG] Female Shakers is a career mentoring club dedicated to narrowing the gender gap in the tech sector in Spain. Our mission is to empower women who aspire to work in startups and technology companies by providing them with optimized tools and strategies for networking and job application, thereby increasing their chances of selection. We also offer courses and services tailored for women who are facing a professional crisis. Through our own methodology, known as RICA (Recognize, Imagine, Create, Activate), we guide them in discovering in-demand professions that align with their skills, interests, and values. [ES] Female Shakers es un club de mentoria de carrera para mujeres. En Female Shakers buscamos buscamos reducir la brecha de género en el sector tecnológico en España. Esto lo hacemos formando a mujeres que quieren trabajar en startups y compañías de tecnología, brindándoles herramientas y estrategias optimizadas de networking y postulación, que multipliquen sus oportunidades de ser seleccionadas. Además, ofrecemos cursos y servicios para aquellas mujeres que se encuentran en crisis profesional. A través de una metodología propia, conocida como RICA (Reconocer, Imaginar, Crear, Activar), las ayudamos a descubrir profesiones demandadas que se ajustan con sus habilidades, intereses y valores.
