I am Eve, an owner, and a therapist at Fenix CBT LTD. I have begun my journey with psychotherapy with a Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree in Psychology. Few years later I completed Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Level 3 Diploma in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I am experienced in working with adults, children and young people delivering CBT (and DBT) therapy. I am experienced using CBT for therapy of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Panic, Various Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Generalised Anxiety, Separation Anxiety, Self-Esteem and Depression. I also specialise in delivering therapy for neurodiverse clients (adults, young people and children) especially Autistic Spectrum Condition. I adapt the therapy to the needs of an individual. I in addition I specialise in working with veterans and sexual assault based Trauma. I am accredited by British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I am compliant and abide by the code of conduct set by this governing body. I also hold relevant DBS checks for working with both adults and children. Throughout my career I have experienced working in various mental health ward settings and community settings within forensic, acute, rehabilitation and eating disorders setting with adults, children and young people.
