Ferment Group is a group of six premium restaurants. Five of them are located in Warsaw - Le Braci, Kieliszki na Próżnej, Butchery & Wine Warsaw, Koneser Grill, Rozbrat 20 and one in Gdynia - Butchery&Wine Gdynia. We own 3 boutique wine stores: Wine Corner Biały Kamień, Wine Corner Hala Gwardii and Grono. Additionally, we are a distributor and importer of wine (Vini e Afinii). All places share the highest quality, a faithful group of recipients and a great food & wine experience and set the highest standards in the gastronomy and wine industry in Poland (we received 20 awards in the international Michelin Guide).
