Fernando Olba Rallo got his architectural degree from the Polytechnical University of Valencia in 1987 and his Master of Architecture from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, in 1993. His international experience enriches his vision of an Architecture strongly rooted in its place, as a consequence of a thorough understanding of history as well as new technologies.
