Our comprehensive product range is sourced primarily from K+S Minerals and Agriculture, our majority shareholder with a 75% stake in the company. The remaining 25% stake in the company is held by Jaco Raath and Bakkies Van Zyl, who were former shareholders of Industrial Commodities Holdings and previously managed the fertilizer business.
