The light manufacturing company with its climate controlled facilities leverages a variety of core competencies to manufacturer and/or decorate products along with product packaging. As the company has grown it has utilized additional product lines and acquisitions to stabilize and level load operations which minimizes seasonality. Current core technologies include: injection molding, thin gauge thermoforming, RF heat sealing, sonic welding along with decoration methods of digital printing, laser engraving, hotstamping, pad printing and screen printing. Operations are supported with in-house engineering services, tool and die shop, equipment design and build. With its breadth of capabilities, the company excels with bring customized products to life.
