These three plants are located at two different sites. Additionally, FFC has stakes in the subsidiary Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (formerly FFC-Jordan Fertilizer Company Limited), Pakistan Maroc Phosphore SA (PMP) in Morocco (that meets the entire raw material requirement of FFBL's DAP production) and Fauji Cement. Production capacity of Sadiqabad Plantsite was enhanced by establishing a second plant in 1993 with annual capacity of 635,000 metric tons of urea. In the year 2002, FFC acquired ex Pak Saudi Fertilizers Limited (PSFL) Urea Plant situated at Mirpur Mathelo, District Ghotki (Currently known as Plant-III) from National Fertilizer Corporation (NFC) through privatisation process of the Government of Pakistan. FFC also markets the entire production of FFBL under its brand name "SONA".
