About FGen

FGen is an emerging Swiss company that combines biological engineering, such as synthetic biology, metabolic engineering, or non-GMO methods, with high throughput screening to design and optimize cells for biotechnological applications. Key to this process is FGen's proprietary nonoliter-reactor (NLR) platform that enables the phenotypic screening of cell libraries at rates of more than 1 million clones per day, thereby surpassing multi-well plate systems by orders of magnitude.
