FHS design and manufacture fluid transfer assemblies for high performance motorsport applications. Solutions: Flexible hose (swage and crimp) Rigid hard-line (direct swage / crimped, formed ends, compression, and welded) Hybrid (direct hose to hard-line) Formed polymers Applications / systems in low to high pressure: Hydraulic Cooling Fuel (high pressure PTFE / stainless steel, lightweight silicone / aluminium & in tank ultra lightweight PEEK fuel systems) Pneumatic systems Filtration (standard and custom filters available from 3micron / ß2000 depth media to last chance stainless steel mesh) Braking Sealing Industries supported: Formula 1 WRC WEC GT Test rigs / dynos Prototype mules Low-volume niche vehicle Robotics Manufacturing: Machining within the FHS group as well as a wide network of specialist subcontractors who are used to our pace of work. Hard-line NC bending ø2.8mm to ø10mm tube and CNC ø10mm to ø63mm tube. Customised tooling allowing us to offer small bend radii and minimal distance between bends. Materials: Aluminium Stainless steel Titanium PEEK PTFE Polymers Design We offer full design support with our engineering team, from simple fittings or custom seals to complete systems. Through our varied experience over the years, we have come to pride ourselves on taking on challenging inquiries that often stretch boundaries, from tight packaging to hostile or extreme environments, and also delivering with compressed lead times often producing custom tools to facilitate non-standard designs. Test / Inspection Every assembly we produce must pass a pressure test, either hydrostatic or pneumatic. Components are 100% dimensionally inspected (contact & non-contact systems), visually inspected (optical & digital), and NDT is applied when required. Quality We are ISO9001 accredited. Quality is one of our core values, central to not only our processes but also the quality team are situated centrally within our factory.
