About Fib Whisky

Through all of our independent bottling at Fib Whisky, we pride ourselves as a company on our local connections, emphasising and promoting small and local Fife businesses wherever possible in whatever we do. We carry out further maturation experiments at quaint warehousing facilities owned by the Auchtermuchty Bond, near Cupar in the East Fife heartlands, and our official headquarters is in the historic town of St Andrews, which grew up as a Pictish settlement Ceann Rimonid - essentially translating as the King’s Muir or Upland. There is evidence of early settlement from pre-Roman times, while the site had deep religious significance from at least the ninth century.
