ROADM flexibility allows for quicker turn-up, faster trouble resolution, multiple services over one fiber pair, and any-to-any wavelength transport capabilities. Tier 1 Internet capability is available in Fargo and Minneapolis. FM also provides direct connectivity to the Midwest Internet Cooperative Exchange (MICE) in Minneapolis.
