About FidraSoft

FidraSoft are a highly experienced and dedicated team of data scientists and software engineers. Formed in 2017 by Fidra Consulting, the team have worked together for over 15 years and are focused entirely on developing the TeamFolio skills and expertise search platform, previously called DiscoverMe. We work with a growing network of partners in Europe, North America and Australia to support our growing numbers of customers in these regions. With decades of experience and lessons learned from working with hundreds of customers across the globe, FidraSoft have created a solution that streamlines the whole process for uncovering the hidden skills and expertise across an Organisation. But we’ve only just started. Emerging technologies and techniques with evolving Customer needs and challenges, shape our ambitious five year plan. The plan drives our product development roadmap and our expansion within and beyond existing Engineering, Academia, Professional Services and Defense sectors. FidraSoft adopt Agile and Kaizen practices to deliver rapid, robust and continual development of the TeamFolio platform. These practices rely on the fantastic feedback loop we enjoy with our customers and partners. We take the same approach to continuous process improvement of our operations and have been recognised as ‘developing disruptive, unique products that will drive a sustainable and inclusive economy and new ways of working and living.’
