Fidus Capital is the external management company of Fidus Investment Corporation (www.fdus.com), a publicly traded (NASDAQ: FDUS) business development company (“BDC”) with over $900 million of assets under management. The Partners of Fidus Capital possess on average over 25 years of experience investing in, lending to, and advising lower middle market companies across a broad spectrum of industries. Fidus’ flexible investment capabilities enable it to invest throughout the capital structure, with targeted investments consisting of senior secured / unitranche debt, mezzanine / subordinated debt, and equity securities. Fidus also manages a lower middle market private equity fund targeting equity co-investments of $2 million to $7 million.
