About Fifth Month Farm
Hello! We are Fifth Month Farm. We are a produce farm and C.S.A located in Mount Joy, in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We grow produce year round in our fields and green houses on the five beautiful acres we lease at Cedar Hill Farm. Our crops are grown using organic methods and so, we do not use synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. We care for the land by building soil fertility through cover crops and crop rotation and encourage beneficial insects to make our farm their home. Each winter we host a Winter C.S.A. and specialize in growing hardy vegetables through late fall and early winter. We greatly enjoy growing special items for our restaurants and wholesale customers.
