About Fightness Gym

Let's get straight to the point: Fightness is close to martial arts, but without "fighting". Our classes are inspired by martial arts, but we do not train for competitions. We train to become stronger, healthier, happier, and safer. Our primary focus is fitness and health. We FIGHT FOR FIT ! Our classes are designed to suit all levels. Most of our new members have never fought or trained in martial arts before, and this is not a problem to join! Our instructors have a martial arts background and are qualified to help you reach your goals no matter your level. We train as a group, but individually ! Each member has their own heavy-bag for the class. It's just YOU vs your BAG. Close enough to feel the warmth and energy from the group, far enough apart to focus on your own training. As soon as you set foot on our mat, you become one of us. Our staff will show you around, lend you a pair of gloves and help you wrap your hands if needed. Our instructors will explain the concept and help you find your place. Members training alongside you will greet you, cheer you on when you want to give up, and congratulate you when you've completed your session. Our groups are a nice mix of different genders, ages, levels, and shapes. Everyone is welcome at Fightness Gym. Ready to start ?
