Figtree Project Management grew out of a need to provide a tailored project management service to the property industry by, growing your ideas and adding value to your business, developing your passion to create, and nurturing your community initiatives to improve the lives of others. Every project begins with an idea, but at the beginnings, the idea can be fragile. We understand that in order to achieve the best project outcomes, an idea needs to be nurtured, supported and guided, in order to grow and develop it into built forms. This is true for new concepts or tried and tested ventures, because when it comes to the built environment, every project is unique. The context, the timing and the social and political environments for every project will be different. By sharing your vision, we are able to help you navigate through the complexities of stakeholder engagement, statutory approvals, environmental concerns, social considerations, heritage impacts, and commercial scrutiny to keep your ideas alive and grow them into projects. Our team have worked in government and at international property consultancies and we are able to apply the rigour, structure and systematic approach necessary to ensure projects are grounded on firm foundations, the same solid foundation that underpins the ancient figtree.
